Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm (Beginner/Open Level)

Class Description:

• An introductory contemporary dance class for adults who are new to dance or returning after time away. Students learn foundational movement principles, simple combinations, rhythm, and spatial awareness in an encouraging environment. Drawing on Silvana Cardell’s decades of teaching, the class offers a gradual introduction to Humphrey/Limón principles through breath, weight, gravity, suspension, and fall and recovery—nurturing a healthy, grounded relationship with the body and the joy of moving.

Class Rates

• Drop-In Options:
  • Online Registration Single Class – $25
  • Payment via PayPal at the door or through secure payment link (Sliding Scale $10-25)

  • Cash Registration: follow the payment link for drop-in and select “Cash” as your payment method instead of “Credit Card.”
• 4-Class Package – $90. Applies to any 4 of the class dates.
• 6-Class Package-$125.
